From his gravel monotone akin to Buck 65 and Evdience to his imaginative comfort on all kinds of genres like "Odelay"-era Beck, andrew coasts effortlessly on this self produced album which is heavy on honey dipped soul, doo-wop, and funk.

After his breakthrough opus "POP 1967" on Darko the Super's label U Don't Deserve This Beautiful Art in 2021, and his dumb hot album with Cold Rhymes "W.O.T.W" in 2020 produced by Necessary People (iAlive & Height Keech), andrew has made a gorgeous and lush piece that belies his day to day activities of ice hockey and skateboarding all over the east coast. As the saying goes, the butcher with the sharpest blade has the warmest heart.

"The Rain Knows What It's Doing" is heavy on self-reliance ("Don't Let it Get You Down"), confidence in obscurity ("No Name Superstar"), and knowing when it's time to ask for help ("Keep On Passing the Open Windows").
